Pakistan and South Africa Series 2010

1st T20 will be starting between the wounded Pakistan and High Spirited South Africa at Abu Dhabi. Following is the Final 11 from both the teams

Pakistan (Playing XI): Imran Farhat, Shahzaib Hasan, Mohammad Hafeez, Misbah-ul-Haq, Umar Akmal, Shahid Afridi(c), Abdul Razzaq, Zulqarnain Haider(w), Umar Gul, Shoaib Akhtar, Saeed Ajmal

Cricket South Africa (Playing XI): Loots Bosman, Graeme Smith, AB de Villiers(w), Jean-Paul Duminy, David Miller, Colin Ingram, Albie Morkel, Morne Morkel, Johan Botha(c), Juan Theron, Lonwabo Tsotsobe

Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat first, during the toss the following conversation happened amoung ramiz raja, Botha and Afridi

Rameez Raja tells that an area which is as big as England was under water in Pakistan. There were millions of people affected from this, about 10 billion dollars were lost.

Botha: I have enjoyed my stint as a captain so far, I have taken off some pressure from Greame’s shoulders. Our bowling has to improve and hope we do well today.

Afridi: Reading the pitch is an art, the pitch looks good to bat on. There will be something for the fast bowlers if they bowl at the right areas. It is a good initiative from PCB that the money from this series will go as charity to the people back home.

Botha: You always miss quality players and surely Pakistan will miss the two (suspended) bowlers, but we too have injury problems in the team.

Afridi: My players are professionals and have put the controversies behind them

There was abiot dew and matche started with a delay.

Pakistan have collapsed after the dismissal of Shahid afridi to help SA seize the momentum. Misbah continued his lone battle with his unbeaten 27 towards the end. All the other batsmen just threw away their wickets, with some irresponsible stroke-play. SA were brilliant in the field, and Botha deserves a lot of praise for marshalling his resources well.

Paksitan was able to score
