If you have obstructive sleep apnea, there’s a good chance you may have been recommended to try a CPAP machine. This is a mask that attaches to a pump at the bedside that blows gentle, positive air pressure through your nose to keep you from breathing stoppages at night. In general, people have a love and hate relationship with their machines. Some people love them, and some absolutely despise them.

What I’ve noticed over the years is that there are 5 common habits and characteristics the successful CPAP users all share.

1. Their top priority is their health. They are open-minded and willing to try strange looking devices and gadgets. What others may think is irrelevant.

2. They are willing to invest in upgrades and devices that regular insurance doesn’t cover for. Most insurances only cover for the basics, and although most people do fine, some need more sophisticated machines or various other masks.

3. They make sure that they are breathing through their nose well all the time. Either they control nasal congestion with allergy medications or use nasal saline routinely. Some even have to undergo surgery to breathe better.

4. They join live or virtual support groups, sharing, learning, and educating within the collective wisdom of these groups.

5. They constantly monitor the data from their machines to work with the sleep doctor and equipment company, making constant adjustments and fine tuning various settings.

6. They surround themselves with a team of doctors and trusted advisors, collaborating with and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

7. They don’t rely only on their machines for sleep apnea relief. They incorporate other healthy habits such eating early, eating healthy foods, exercising regularly, and finding ways to de-stress and relax on a regular basis.

As you can see, successful CPAP users don’t rely on their machines alone to solve all their problems. They use it as a tool that helps them accomplish their other health goals more effectively. Some people adjust to immediately, whereas others can literally take months to find significant benefits.

Then there are others that do everything possible to use CPAP and become frustrated, and even angry at the situation. This is the time to have a discussion with members of your team to discuss other options. A successful sleep apnea patient doesn’t give up very easily. One option that’s not very well understood is surgery for sleep apnea. 1. The most effective thing about this is that he's talking absolute shite therefore it requires no brain power to listen to it, ipso facto, it's relaxing.

  2. The first time I heard the sutras they brought me to tears. I don't know why they did but it was happiness…I felt something that I can only describe as…reunion. Ive listened to this video everyday since. I love it so much. So special. Thank you. Namaste.

  3. awesome!! my new daily meditation, lets see where this new rediscovered ride takes me in 30 days!! 💪

  4. The salvation message is for all. We have been seperated from God because of sin. In our flesh is no good thing. For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God (lying, stealing, taking the Lords name in vain, fornication, lust, hate etc). God is pure, Holy, righteous, perfect – He cannot look upon sin. You have sinned against a righteous judge…..a Holy God. The good news? God sent his only begotten son as a sinless, perfect sacrifice. Fully man yet fully God. Jesus Christ (God manifested in the flesh) died for your sins, past present and future. The blood God shed on the cross washes you clean of all unrighteousness. He took the wrath that you deserve and gave you a way to eternal life through him. Jesus Christ paid the price for all your sins. God died for you. You can be reconnected to God, forgiven and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ….the living God. He made the biggest sacrifice for you. You can't earn salvation. No amount of going to a church building or good works will get Gods favor. Church buildings are man made religions. You have to put your total faith in Jesus Christ and what He did for you. Not trusting in yourself or thinking it's about being a good person because "there is none righteous, no not one" Romans 3:10. You need to get to the end of your own self righteousness understanding Jesus Christ is the only way. If you reject Jesus Christ, your sins are still counted against you and your punishment is hell for eternity. "For the wages of sin in death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord". Romans 6:23. God gave you a way out through Jesus Christ. "Repent ye and believe the gospel" Mark 1:15
Between you and God, repent…… humbling yourself before the one who created you. Change your mind and direction. Turn toward God and put your faith in Jesus Christ. With a heart wanting a changed life and all truth letting go of self righteousness. Only God knows your heart and if you're genuine. Start by crying out to God with a humble, contrite spirit and put your faith in Jesus Christ. "Heavenly Father, have mercy on me. I'm a sinner deserving of hell. I can't save myself. I know Jesus Christ is the only way. I want to turn from my past, I want a changed life and I know only you can save me. I put all my faith in Jesus Christ and his sacrifice for my sins. I believe he died for my sins and rose 3 days later. I pray for all truth no matter the cost. Please save me and lead me into all truth. In the name of Jesus Christ amen". Seek him with all your heart.

    Luke 5:31-32King James Version (KJV)
31 And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick.
32 I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

    Psalm 34:18King James Version (KJV)
The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.

    Ephesians 2:8-9King James Version (KJV)
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast

1 Timothy 2:5King James Version (KJV)
    For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

    John 14:6 KJV
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

  5. I have to say that it is all familiar to myself, easily grasped and I connected immediately . being a little bit of a theologist I know Alot more about Jesus Christ's message's, especially the ones that were not published in the Roman Catholic bible, and I can tell you that Jesus definately connected with this spiritual growth… I love it , I have lived half of my life without this education, but alas half of my life remains and I will grow from this !

  6. Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. -John 3:03 . You need to be saved from your sins. Sin seperates us from God. God is the source of all life. Sin seperates is from God and thus from life which causes death. Eternal death. That's why Jesus Christ is called a "saviour". Believing in him takes away our sin and we have eternal life. "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the father except through me." – John 14:06 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life" – John 3:16. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved -Acts 4:12

  7. this is one amazing meditation. thank you so much for sharing this. I have no words to describe this. truly amazing!

  8. I often think what would I do if I was locked in a closed space. I get depressed thinking of nature of existence. I have no answers but can't stop imagining myself enclosed and I am so scared of being alone

  9. This is really beautiful , even though I don't understand a lot of it, do you think you could do a video explaining the meanings please? I listen to this almost every single night/ morning but I don't understand a lot and I really wish I did.
