Whatever you can name it, the excess fat around the abdominal section that joggles and wiggles in our body in odd places looks ugly and it isn’t nice at all. Belly fat not only makes you ugly but also possesses serious threat to our health and causes many diseases and affects our human body. This additional fats around your belly leads to heart attack and strokes. Many medical industries tried to figure it out and even they came with some best effort to reduce these belly fats effectively. There are even pills in the market and many training programs to reduce these unwanted fats in our abdomen regions. Some of it worked (natural way of weight reduction), but many of the methods failed to serve their purpose.

The first thing you have to know is how to do it, and what are all the stuffs we need for it. There are three integrated approach in different levels. It doesn’t need any pills or gulping down wrong drinks. Even belly fats will never come of only by traditional sit-ups or crunches. It’s not spot reduction process, so better don’t waste time and money by buying expensive pills and tummy belts which will cause serious health hazards. Then, how to do it? Here is the answer for in a safe and natural way to lose belly fat.

1. Healthy Meals

Many scientific researches clearly reveal the fact that a normal adult takes about 400 calories in a meal. Is that great news to hear? Of course not, calories are the building block of fats. If we consume high calories we need to burn it the same day. Otherwise, it will be stored as fat in your body. Diet isn’t part of the equation. This is because the word diet invokes up visions of carrots and celery and not much more than. Most of the people thought that diet is the process of having fasting and even some may think its all about consuming less amount of food that we intake. But the thing is, diet is the process of having a healthy meal with proper nutrition balance with all sort of minerals, vitamins, and proteins. Healthy meals consist of lean protein, lots of vegetables, grains and some fresh fruits and nuts. Choose the best foods which will keep you healthy and stronger.

2. Cardiovascular Training.

Consistent and routine cardiovascular exercises will reduce body fat levels. So, how can we start? It’s just simple; even we don’t need any expensive hydraulic equipment. Walking is one of the great cardio exercise and walking for 30 minutes a day will keep you healthy. It’s doesn’t matter how fast or how long you walk, routine and regular walking will move your body aerobically. If you don’t like to walk a bit, choose any alternative such as riding bicycle, roller-skate, jogging, swimming or running. Participation of any of these aerobics is important.

3. Strength Training

You may wonder why our muscles burn more calories. While building up your muscles, which dramatically reduces the fats all over your body, your body metabolism will increase and hence you will burn more fat in your body. The best way to build your muscles is to do exercise. There are a lot of hydraulic gyms and muscle building exercises to build your muscles. Lifting weights will help you to build your muscles more. The more you get muscles, the more you can reduce your fat. Think smart and do smart.

2. You don’t have to have chairs. You can use 3 boxes if you have to as long as it is something you can sit on then something behind you that you can place the cards on. You can also simply use ONE chair and have a long bench placed behind you to get the same great love handle workout.

3. You also don’t have to have a deck of card. You can just twist without the cards, you can go thru a stack of post it notes or any smaller objects where you have to continually twist will work fine for this exercise.
