Start slowly and increase your training over time. Beginners are generally unable to run ten miles when they start exercising. A person is almost never able to lift one hundred pounds when they begin lifting weights. Begin with simple and slow exercises and gradually build the intensity of your workout. Trying to go too far too fast you risk doing damage to your body. You could do major damage to your body if you don’t go easy on yourself in the beginning.
